Rafting on the Nantahala!

Here are some pictures of our trip to the Nantahala.  This was my first rafting experience and I have to say it WAS pretty fun.  Poor L started out crying and scared to death.  It didn't last long though-she had a good time up until the end at the falls seen in these pictures.  I accidently hit her in the head with the top of my paddle.  Ouch!  I know that hurt!!  This rapid is a class 3!  Nobody fell out of the boat - I was very proud of myself!!

Swimming Lessons

W took swimming lessons a few weeks ago.  He has done so much better this year than last year.  He is not scared of the water like he was last year which is good.  Hopefully, when we go to the beach in a few weeks he will be able to practice and get even better! Here are a few photos of L's end of the year gymnastics banquet.  L was chosen as the "most motivated" from her level.  We are so proud of you and how hard you have worked this season.  You have improved so much-Keep the good work!!

Preschool graduation

I can't believe W has graduated from preschool.  It seems like just yesterday he started.  I did pretty good holding it together the day of his graduation. I am sure his first day of Kindergarten will be a different story!
